About Us Our Vows provides custom wedding website design services for couples in South Africa and internationally. 2. Our Services Our services include the design and creation of custom wedding websites based on the package selected by the client. Package features are displayed on our website and may vary depending on the chosen package. 3. Payment Full payment is required before work begins. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Our Vows reserves the right to change pricing at any time for future orders. 4. Delivery We aim to complete wedding websites within the estimated timeframe communicated after receiving all required information from the client. Delivery times may vary depending on: • Client response times • Requested revisions • Additional custom features 5. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: • Couple’s names • Wedding date • Venue details • Images • Wedding schedule • RSVP information • Any other required content Delays in providing information may delay project completion. 6. Revisions Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the selected package. Additional revisions or major design changes may incur additional charges. 7. Domain Registration Where included in a package: One .co.za domain registration for one year is included. Domain registration is subject to availability. Renewal after the first year is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the client chooses not to renew the domain after the first year, the website may no longer be accessible using that domain. 8. Website Hosting Our Vows provides the website using the platform selected for the project. Any hosting or domain services beyond the included period may require additional fees. 9. Content Ownership The client confirms that they own or have permission to use all photographs, logos, text, music, and other content supplied to Our Vows. The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted content does not infringe the rights of any third party. 10. Intellectual Property Once the project has been completed and paid for in full, the client owns the content they provided for their wedding website. Our Vows retains ownership of its own designs, templates, branding, code, and creative methods unless otherwise agreed in writing. 11. Cancellation If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. If work has already started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on the amount of work completed. 12. Limitation of Liability While every effort is made to provide a reliable service, Our Vows shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. 13. Privacy Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy laws, including POPIA where applicable. 14. Changes to These Terms Our Vows may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website. 15.
